[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card bill auto payment

In june i have stopped cradit card due to i have lost my card. Card blocked ok but bill auto payment has not done and some extra charges done and also 600 rupees fund trafer in auto on 3 oct.
If this 3 oct payment done without my permission then why not auto pay clear on 28 june??? If 28 june auto pay clealed then my balance safe and extra charges not done.
Pls clear why not done auto pay on june bill. Also no any information about auto pay stoped. Befor all bill pay in auto mode.
Why have i pay for extra charges enven after i have sufficiant balance in account???
