[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — credit card blocked

My credit card transaction was declined when i tried to purchase an item online at around 12 30 pm on 17th october. I subsequently got a call from the transaction monitoring team asking for verification on the transaction and i gave them the details required to verify that it was me entering the transaction. I was told that my card would be unblocked in 15 mins but when i tried to do another transaction in the evening at around 8 pm it got declined stating that my card was still blocked.

I repeatedly called the customer care helpline at least 5 to 6 times after this error however, no executive responded to my calls even after waiting on the line for 10 to 15 mins each time! I tried to do the transaction two more times after that hoping the transaction monitoring team would call me again but now i am unable to even connect to the customer care number since it says that the verification of the last 4 digits of my card is invalid since it is blocked!

This whole incident has been extremely inconvenient and i need my card to be unblocked as soon as possible, hopefully today itself since i have a purchase to make which is time restrictive.
Kindly resolve the same at the earliest.

2 days before i received new credit card to my address after that i set my credit card pin with my otp number and when i go to store for shopping its nt working and whn i call customer care they told me bcoz o[censored]nauthorised transaction so i raise my request for call back after that they call me yesterday 1time bt that tym my phn was on silent mode so i didnt answer bt after 10mins again som1 calling me and when i receive they told me why u didnt answer the call i tell her its inside my pocket on silent mode after that she told me i raise ur request for call back again i said okay and i ask her why my card is blocked so she told me bcoz we didnt verify ur company bt i told her ask ur executive he already visited to my office 1week before nd he check all my docs n evn he sit in my office fr smtym after that again she wrote my office address and she told me okay they will call u back thn u should tell him they will unblock ur card bt still no1 call me back really i dnt no whts hppning here they already check each n everything after that they gv me the credit card also and now its blocked..!!
