I got a cashback offer from HDFC credit card through email. Then send and email to customer care for confirmation for the cashback. Got confirmation. Purchased the product. Now cashback is denied by the bank. Now they are saying it is not applicable for online purchase even after so many email communication. HDFC Bank — Online transaction failed but money debited from my account
The purchase transaction with Amazon on 15/01/2017 failed but money had been debited to my account. Even after lodging the compliant with the Bank and Amazon, have not received the refund till date. Please resolve at the earliest. Need the refund of the amount.58%
