Its really the worst bank that I have experienced it date

You take a HDFC credit card and in a situation here you go for settlement and keep paying the due as agreed upon, suddenly from no where almost close to the full settlement amount of 82017 INR is deducted, WITH NO INFO TO THE HARD HOLDER, its a real shame to HDFC, this is how to treat your customer
I want the amount back into my account, this is called cheating

Excellent, a person called me from HDFC from no:[protected], I asked his name he just like that disconnected my call, wonderfull customer service.

Again another call from a different person called me from HDFC from no:[protected], and this time he went to verify something kept me on hold and all of a suddenly hold released and disconnected the call.

Oh all right, if you register a complaint here your issue will be resolved only by fraudsters, be prepared to get 100 fake calls everyday

HDFC person claiming himself to be the senior manager( Sathish)who can take any calls, does not have any details of the card holder nor the issue, but only wants me to give so my details of another bank i.e.my card no., exp date, and most importantly my cvv no., Great right, if I had to question why these details he says you don't give these details I will close the case you have to bear the loss.
