[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card | |||||
I hold a credit card of hdfc and my payment got delayed only by a week and i already informed the officials through mail in hdfc department and also i kept my word and made the payment after a week.. But even after informing for a week the hdfc collection agents have tortured and harassed me and gave me an emotional turmoil for such a thing without knowing what kind of client they are dealing with.. They have no sense to speak in a mannered way.. Hdfc has hired some slum guys as third party agents who don't have a little clue as to whom they are talking to when they make a call.. I have received literally 55 missed call within a minute after i blocked away the number and like this i recorded to have received 500+ calls in a day to torture me even after i had officially communicated to hdfc that i would soon make the payment within a week.. I wish to legally lodge a complaint against hdfc for have been treated their clients so ruthlessly without categorizing them while issuing the cards itself.. Was this information helpful? | |||||
