[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card | |
I just recieved a new card. I received a statement a day ago saying that i have been billed fr rs.1340 on dec 14th 2017. Though i have never used this card. My card no ends with 1634. I need refund for this amount’s immediately to my credit card and cancel my credit card and i also want to close my salary account with hdfc and i am afraid that my details are been shared to third party without my knowledge. Many time i call but nobody call and no person came my office to closed the card .many time i call customer care always says after 3 days i arrange the call but nobody call me. I have request for credit card settlement no body call me.
