[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card | |
My hdfc regalia credit card has unauthorised transaction of 1916.73 and double gst of 345.01. Initially there were four unauthorised transactions out of which they have refunded just one of rs. 1916.73. All these transactions have no record of any text messages or where they have been done. So without card being used at all they have come up with such unexplained penalty. Hdfc is neither refunding nor seem to explain why is that. This is the treatment after being a classic customer. My advice better to dumo their cc and get a better one from other trustworthy bank. Was this information helpful? | |
