[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card | |
I m very unsatisfied customer of hdfc, as they levy charges on customers for their system issues. I didn’t get the billing details on my cell phone, however when i called them, they say that it’s my problem that i have not paid on time and that they charge late payment charges. And later calling their call center again, they said they have taken request for reversal, but i realized that it’s only for financial charges. But the late payment is still put on my head for no reason. The call centre disconnect calls ubruptly. I am not certain if they really care for customers. I m sooooo very unsatisfied customer of hdfc, as most of the transactions with hdfc is bad. Was this information helpful? | |
