[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card | |||
I am l devisree, i got an offer form hdfc bank regarding credit card, as such i was not interested in it but still i looked into the offers and they gave me offer for money back life time free card. I applied for the same and got the card within two weeks. When i received mu credit card it was not the samw which i applied for, it was regila and the name in the credit card was also printed incorrectly. I tried to approach the bank executives through the toll number but did not get any response from there side. I am really disappointed by the services the bank is providing. I would like to either discard the card immediately or want a replacement as soon as possible.
