HDFC Bank — credit card
I had a credit card of hdfc in 2010-11, i stopped using that due to unaccounted billing and dishonesty from ur employees,
One o[censored]r employee called me and send me a policy document of hdfc agro to check the policy, and without my any consent i started receiving bill for that policy, i didnt send any signed policy documents to u. I talked to ur customer care they said its a mistake from ur side and ll be corrected, but nothing happened,
Then i stopped using that card and paid all my other dues. It all happened in 2011.
Noy few months back in 2018 i applied for loan and found that hdfc has launched a complaint against me for non payment of that policy premium!!! Can u show me a single signed document where i have accepted to start the policy??
I tried to call ur customer care, but the executives are utterly unprofessional!!
