[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card | |||
At very first time hdfc guy told me that there is no hidden charges for credit card (Money back), and after 4 months, i come to know that charges of rs/- 590 is need to pay. Which is basically charge of this card for first year. I have use this card for two times also and make the payment on time. One of hdfc guy suggest me to use billpay & recharge option, so i do prepaid recharge through billpay & recharge option and has no effect. I call customer service for 4 times & she told me that she was not getting me and cut the line. After frustrated i pay 590 on time, but still (After 15 days) its showing 590 need to pay. Credit card of other bank i never faced this type of situation. Totally unfaithful Was this information helpful? | |||
