[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card | |
I am going through a harassment process newly developed by this companies credit card authorities. 45 days before I paid my complete outstanding and asked the customer service agent to close my account by blocking the card, however I still see email statement are generated requesting me to pay the annual membership fee. AS I said I have asked them to block my card upon paying the last bill and told them I am not interested in their service anymore. I don't know the actual annual fee, however today to my shock when I see the email, its mentioned Rs 2480/- as outstanding. My customer ID is 9671617. Please stop harassing me to continue your service. I will not pay any annual fee to renew the card. waive off my charges and send me a NOC immediately Was this information helpful? | |

This is not a solution. I have tried several mediums to contact you guys. I have sent email from the grievance addressable portal you have, FB Messenger and all I hear is "will get back to you". You need to call me and solve this, I have NO time to wait in your call center que and then get abandoned. Please NO TRICKS, Call me immediately and resolve the issue.
