[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card

I have settled and surrendered my credit card in 2017 at an agreeable amount. But i didn't received any sort of settlement letter at that time. After i deposited money i stopped getting calls and emails to deposit money so i mutilated the card thinking that settlement is done. But now i need a settlement statement from the bank urgently for my personal business. I don't have all the digit of the card except first four and last four digits but i do have the registered email id and phone number. Please do the needful
