Why
On 26 nov-19, 4204/ (Irctc) is twice deducted. I hv no purchase for 4204 (Irctc ticket). I hv only 4155 (Irctc ticket).

Also 3558 /deducted for twice on 26 nov-19. Why?

Why igst charges is 565/ on 14th nov-19.

I hv nothig purchase on 14th nov.

No offer (Emi, loan) in this card.
Plz reply me. I am suffering with lots of problem during credit card.

HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

We wish to inform you that, effective July 01, 2017 Service Tax, KKC & SBC of 15% is replaced by Goods&Service Tax (GST) at 18%. GST for Fee & Charges / Interest transactions Billed on the statement will not be reversed and the same remains payable by you.
