[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card | |||
I have my account in hdfc bank since 2015 and i used hdfc credit card since 2017 and i have also taken so many product of hdfc bank and i pay my credit card bill on time. But there if check my credit card transaction you will be amaze to see that there is around rs 10000 charges in last 1 year. I request you to please waiveoff these charges. Verified Support Jan 24, 2020 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, We wish to clarify that, payment of at least the minimum amount due towards the card outstanding needs to be received by the bank to ensure that the card account is active and available for usage. Further, to avoid levy of finance charges and late payment charges, payment of the total outstanding needs to reach the bank by the payment due date. Hence we request you to effect payment towards the total amount due within the payment due date to avoid levy of bank charges.
