[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card collection department | |||
I shini mary rajan hold hdfc credit card and i have certian loans on hdfc bank. The issued me the loan seing my salary and cibil score, making sure that iam a central gov employee. Last month, due to an accident and other circumstances, we couldnt pay the emi on personal jumbo loan and credit card in time. Thereafter, The executives, from bank took my number from the system started calling me from their personal number as torchuring me like anything, when ever they call, i was saying that, iwll be paying it on december first, they didnt hear that or they didnt value that. They again contacted my father who is above 67 years and revealed all the deatils about my pending payments. Again they called from their personal numbers to my hus, who is a cance payment. Person named rosemary started talking to him in an indescent way saying that, they will be sending executives to our home, they will be rude, they will take money from us, they know how to take back my moeny... This account is in loss and doesnt have any shame.. Like this... I have a doubt, can u just say one point to stay in your bank availing your services... Why should a customer should get your services, when the customer care people takes the personal number of a women and her families and calling them taking abuses and even threatening... Few days back i even contacted your fb messenger... Hell services, ithey tried to fool me with a wrong number... Please be informed that, i will be filing a complaint regarding you peolpe if you people has not taken action against the person who threatens me and my family and used my personal number for contacting me from their personal number, Please keep it in in mind that, i have cleared my dues and not a single issue so far about the payment. You are free to contact me to the registered email id, i still stand on my complaints and i will make sure that the persons who are not eligible to work on banks should not work there abusing persons and making unnecesary comments and blackmailing
