[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card decline in status | |||
Sir/madam I am very disappointed of hdfc service. As previously i am applied for hdfc credit card online but after 39 days over the status show that inprocess. Then i am contact hdfc bank official through email. They suggest me please send your application from nearest branch. I send my all documents along with physical aplication. But fe days lattter they send a sms your process complete and check through a hdfc crd status link. When i go through this link it shows status decline with no reason. As a natiinalised bank officer i ever not seen such stupid service. My previous online application number is 18k[protected]dd and application date was 27/11/2018 and physical application no is 19a[protected]f0 and date was 03/01/2019.
