[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card disapproval | |||
Dear sir, I have already had a credit card from hdfc bank since from past 1.5years and i have closed it manually by mailing a letter to branch head near nallakunta due to my abroad plans now all my plans are cancelled due to some other reasons which i couln't mention here. Later i applied for my credit card through online banking with the help of relation manager reference number ([protected]s3) and after few days i got a message that you mailing address has been changed. Yes!! It is but after dropping a mail to branch head to update my new address they approved it and my process never started its been a month now and the status of my credit card is dissaproval without any solution. We take this opportunity to inform you that address verification forms an important leg in the card application approval process. To proceed further with the same, please forward 1. Salaried - Attested copy of the latest payslip which is not beyond 45 days old and a copy of the visiting card or Office Id card. 2. Self Employed - Attested copy of the latest ITR ( Income Tax Return ) and copy of the Pan card along with Computation of Income ( this is a part of the income tax returns form which the cardholder submits, which lists out the individual breakup of the total income i.e Income from House Property, Income from business etc. ) to the following address. HDFC Bank Cards Division PO BOX # 8654 Thiruvanmiyur PO Chennai 600 041. All income / supporting documents as mentioned above will need to be self-attested (duly signed by you) on the document.
