[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card disapproved | |
Hi, This is my Credit card application number-[protected]UK. I did apply for hdfc credit card.After some wait period I received a mail saying to attach self attested itr documents and submit the same to the branch.By the way my CC application status showed disapproved since I got the mail.As per your request I submitted the above asked attachments to the bank so that they would send them to head office for verification.I have forwarded twice to the bank as they again said I need to send the attachment second time because the first copy was rejected again.Deeply disappointing despite of having a very healthy CIBIL score and owning a savings account with HDFC.Pity that you are lacking customers trust.Worst part is its 30days and still counting.
