[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card dispute | |||
Hi all, On 30th november 2017 i did 2 transactions of 15000 from payzapp wallet each out of which the first one of the transaction got succeeded and the other got failed, the money got deducted from my credit card but did not get added in the payzapp wallet. I raised dispute form and it got cleared. Again when my bill got generated in february hdfc have added that 15000 amount in the bill. After complaining them 100's of time and even writing 100's of mail still the issue is not solved. Even i have forwarded a mail confirmation from merchant payzapp stating the transaction is fail and bank needs to refund the amount. They dont understand the issue and keep calling like fools to just pay the bill. I dont understand why government issues license to operate this kind of stupid banks, which can't even resolve customer issues. Government should ban hdfc credit card department and stop this kinds of frauds. Was this information helpful? | |||
