[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card dispute rs.5665 | |||||
Hi team This is satish kumar - mob:[protected], i was applied newly hdfc bank credit card and i got it also few months back. Today morning i got an sms rs.5665.00 has been debited to crdit card for wibmo payzapp transactions used on 6th of dec'17. Today is 8th but i got an message 6th you used your credit card so the amount was deducted. I was not used to my credit card anywhere last three days. Today i called the customer care submitted complaint also, complaint no:[protected]. But they are telling that to check and refund the amount it will take 90 days time. Who will pay the amount for the coming month bill generation. I was not made any transactions so why i want to wait 90 days. I think hdfc guys only using the card with out customer notice. Please help him to refund the amount. Customer care team given the dispute form also, i have send the dispute form also. Pls help to close the issue. I am using an HDFC bank credit card last two months. with out my concern somebody as used my credit card on 6th of Dec'17 the amount was. Rs, 5665.00 . I did't get the sms on 6th also, today morning (8th of Dec'17) i am receiving the sms you used the credit card for payzaap wallet so amount deducted like that. I was not used my credit card, i will not share the pin to anyone. So today morning i called to the customer care 08061606161 i have registered the complaint also, complaint no:17342434724. So requesting you to please check who did the transactions and refund the amount to credit card. this is the first time i am facing the issue, i was using citi bank credit card also past two years i was not get like this.
