HDFC Bank — credit card execs charges not reversed from last 1 year | |||
Dear sir Myself Mr.manjunatha v i was using HDFC credit card no : [protected] it was expired on aug-2017 due to some personal problem i was delayed payment, On 30.12.2017 my card outstanding was Rs: 27, 310 as per Hdfc collection agent Mr : sidick ( [protected] ) assistance i made the payment thru ICICI bank IMPS NO:[protected] dtd 30.12.2017 to HDFC collection a/c no :[protected], payment was not accounted immediate by HDFC, it was accounted on march and HDFc is asking me to pay the late payment fee from January to march -2018, i am totally fead up with HDFC working style they are not try to close my call also More than 25 mail i write to HDFC and 3 time visited to branch also, no response from bank, i dont know how HDFC is working i am thinking to go with legal about my case, Regards manjunatha v [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
