[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — credit card foreclosure

Hi team,

I was holding your bank credit card[protected]. There is payment due on this card your executive approach me and advise to pay 12000rs to close this account and to get noc.

I had made the payment and few month back i noticed that its hamper my cibil status which your executive didn't inform me about this.

So now please advise what should i do to take this account remove from by cibil status.

I have payment slip no with me and recording also for above conversation were we can easily find out that your executive didn't guide me on this properly.
