[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card late fee charges | |||
Sir/madam, I manish v upadhyay, have credit card of hdfc no. [protected]. Of which આ payment was due on 6th december. I was out of the town and i tried ample time to pay the bill on 4th 5th and 6th december but was unable to do so. Then i got to know by sms that my new credit card is on the way to be delivered at my address but as i was not present in town is was returned. Which i got to know by email on 6th december. As the hdfc app was also upgraded in the mean time and there is no reason to believe that i chose to pay late.
