[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card - not required any services from hdfc bank | |||
I am a HDFC bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debit Rs. 1000 from my credit card number ending with 2932 without my concern on date 26 June 2018. I am not interested about this service and do not want this membership anymore so cancel the membership and refund this debit amount of Rs. 1000 on an immediate effect. As bank is not responsible to establish the relationship wit the 8 years old customer that why they are not using our credit card & after so many times generate the credit limit request no person are able to work on it. Thats why i dont require such a bank services as your phone banker Mrs Tuha suggested to cut your credit card in 4 pieces and drop in the nearest branch as we are not be able to intimate the the customer for renewal of service & not bothered to sustain the relationship with customer & not responsible for the request generated through net-banking for enhance the credit limit. 1)No customer Engagement. 2)No customer relationship 3)No intimation regarding the renewal services. 4)No benefit for old customers Name: Saurabh Bhargava Mob :[protected] Credit card ending no. : 2932 Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Jul 20, 2018 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, We would like to inform that the Jet Privilege Platinum HDFC Bank International credit card will attract a nominal renewal fee, considering the features and benefits available with the card. However, the renewal fee will be auto reversed when your card usage spend during the previous 12 months period exceeds Rs. 2, 50, 000.00 Our records indicates that you have not fulfilled the spend requirement. Hence the Membership Fee has been levied on your card account. We regret our inability to accede your request.
