[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card payment | |||||
I have a credit card on hdfc bank and that was lost previously but while i was Complaining from hdfc customer care they were blocked my credit card and issue Another credit card with out my permission and which issue card not given me by Physically inspite of they were taken interest above 40% against this card in every Month that is not possible for me to pay the amount because i am job less at the moment. Therefore hdfc recovery agent was come in my house and i was also said them that i want to Settle the amount by my pf balance and request them to provide the bank statement because I have not sufficient circumstances to pay the whole amount if they are given me 100% subsidy against the interest then i can pay the principal amount in one time but they are not agreed and They have not tried to further contact and presently their advocate mailed me that pay the hole amount with in seven days other wise they will be taken legal action against me. They are harrasing me by mail that is fallen bad effect to survive me. Was this information helpful? | |||||
