[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card received when not want | |||
I was given the credit card at home address, even though i asked to cancel it when people came for verification. I didn't used it and i didn't even activated it. I de-linked it from my bank account. But still, it received the bill amount via transaction. While de-linking, i checked into the autopay deregister section, there were no cards. This is just not right. If i have asked to not wanting the service, they shouldn't have let me given the service. And even when i have not activated it, i and being charged of something i didn't want or used. And all the customer care has to say is, "we cannot do anything". Was this information helpful? | |||
