[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card recovery agent threatening and abusing calls | |||
Rahul kumar sharma 11:49 am (0 minutes ago) To me Dear sir I am rahul kumar sharma wah holding of hdfc credit card in 2014. Credit limit was 50000 rupees. Due to my late father surviving with cancer diagnosed i was unable to pay the amount of credit card. Since 2015 i am requesting dear sir I am rahul kumar sharma wah holding of hdfc credit card in 2014. Credit limit was 50000 rupees. Due to my late father surviving with cancer diagnosed i was unable to pay the amount of credit card. Since 2015 i am requesting to take the actual amount and and finish the all the things. But representative asking me to pay a more than that. Since then i'm receiving regular threatening calls. The collars a using abuse language they are according to my friends relatives and my colleagues and using abusive language with them. They are calling my number approx 8 to 10 time in a day. Still i'm interested to pay a lump sum amount to rupees 50000 to the bank and requesting them to issue noc to clear my civil but they are on that. Today are asking my address to see me at my house. Dear sir, please look into the matter they are destroying my image and harassing me & my family my wife got very scared by taking the actual amount and finish all the things. But representative asking me to pay a more than that. Since then i'm receiving regular threatening calls.
