HDFC Bank — credit card renewal | |
I'm having the hdfc credit card ([[protected]]) and this has been expired in jun-19, still i didn't get the new card however they just give me the billing statement every month along with there service charges. Just want to know if i'm not using the card since last 6 months then for what you are charging the service fee. Please look in this on priority and get the card renew as soon as possible or contact me on my registered mobile number. If i'll not get any update for my new card till the next billing date i would not pay the charge, outstanding or late fee for the existing card and you will be responsible for this. FOUR MONTHS BACK, I have applied online for Fast tag for my car in the hdfc bank and my application reference number is HFR109017. I have no response from customer care. Each time I call them, they are cheating me with false information that fast tag will be delivered in a week.
I want the fast to be delivered or refund to be processed.
