[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card renewal fee | |||
When you sell the card your employees says no fee no renewal fee nothing life time free and last year was charged 500 after i spoke to the advisor it was reversed and this year again same thing and after raising a complaint was told this will be reversed and i got a message saying it cannot be reversed please call back worst service ever ive received im waiting for my last bill and would cancel my credit card and my dad has a hdfc saving and credit would cancel all of them dont you trick people by lies when you sell credit card. I have settled and surrendered my credit card in 2017 at an agreeable amount but haven't received any sort of settlement letter.I need a settlement statement from the bank for my personal business.Please help

It's been long so I don't have my card with me now since I have mutilated the card.I have only last four digits as sent in the mail by the bank.Please do the needful as it is very urgent
