[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card settlement | |
This is complaint against hdfc bank credit card division and its executives. Since last 3 months i am trying to get my hdfc bank credit card outstanding settle with the bank. But every month they take minim um amount due and then get quite taking further on my request to settle the amount. Last month when informed them that i will not pay min amount due they kept calling me non stop and on one day they called me atleast 121 times throughout the day. They sent executives to my house and harass the kids at the home. Why.. Just because i want to settle the outstanding and they not listening to my request and when i decline to make the payment they trouble me like this. All complain to customer and discussion are in vain. Am left with no choice then to file a complain against them. Can somebody please help with the contact details of the senior people in hdfc bank credit card division where an share the call record and mail exchange. Was this information helpful? | |

When I have put the complain then I only have right to mark is as resolved or not. Issue with hdfc is still going on. Pls open this complain back. All I have received on 23rd May is acknowledgment mail with a reference number to my mail nothing beyond that. In spite of repeated request for a settlement for almost more 3 months i am yet to get a proper response to my dispute. instead now my savings account is seemed to be freezed and money has been frisked from the account and a debit of the credit card is showing. I am really surprised that without any consent or intimation how a bank can do this. having such a long standing relationship with HDFC bank it has now been given a very bad experience. being jobless for more than a year had its own pain and now this.Must say that probably this is how bank is making money by harassing people.
