HDFC Bank — credit card settlement | |||
I email for complained regarding my credit card settlement, the issue is i paid only inr 800 less to total settlement amount, bank never ask for that payment during tenure but after three months bank saying that that the settlement is revoke and you have to pay inr 33345. So complained earlier for the same and during complained conversation over email with grievance officer i was communicating with him and she did not responded or even not given any solution. Even i ask for conclusion regarding the settlement and ask for new settlement to conclude and close my card account. But she didn't conclude. At the same time during complaining and conversation for card settlement, my another hdfc bank salary account debited with the amount and told me that this is the recovery by bank. So what is the meaning of complain? So, kindly resolve my issues and give back my money and regenerate settlement amount based on my previous paid amount and differing amount.
