HDFC Bank — credit card settlement | |||
Last year in march 2018 i purchased a laptop for 25000/- on my credit card and from that period till now i have paid around 76000/- on my card and still the payment of 25000/- is as it is and bank is calling me and making my everyday life worse. Even i went to their bank branch, corporate office, collection office, and finally to police station and also rbi banking ombudsman. But they just don't listen and argue and abuse whenever i call. Even today i was talking to one of their manager and she disconnected my call. This is very disappointing. I have paid min. Dues + penalty + charges for past 1 year and made around 300% payment on the card but still that amount is still pending. I haven't used this card since march 2018 and i'm just paying the min.
