[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card smart emi issue | |||
Hi, iam trying to reach you past 4 weeks for emi query but you have worst and worst customer care services. Let the customers know about the emi facility before by mail or message, because of this incident i decided to close my credit card account from hdfc and if customer had any issue who will take care? Who is resposible for that? I need ur attention to resolve this query. Kindly do the needfull asap You are loosing trust from customers due to this type of activities.
