[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — credit card status disapproved

Dear hdfc team,
I have applied for hdfc credit card. Verification done at office as well as residential address. I submitted all necessary documents. But disapproved is the status i got after 4 working days. I tried calling customer care but no reason was given. Why was it disapproved when i have given all needed documents? This is my reference number
