[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card unauthorized transaction

I had got credit card statement of hdfc credit card for the transaction happened in nov 2018 but i had deactivated my card in october 2018 and never used since When i received statement for dec with the charge for nov dues, i asked customer care for nov statement as i did not get any mail or message when the card was used. Also the address is unknown to me where the transaction happened I had reported this issue via despute letter to hdfc but they said that the card was used physically so i am responsible for this transaction. I have never lost my credit card neither i have given card number or cvv to anyone. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Dear sir i am worked at hdfc bank as a emp id so176561 sales officer the period of 08 feb 2017 to 02 aug 2018 i relived at the service from hdfc bank and my problem is i have not settled the pf amount so please kindly resolve the problem.
pf established no MHBAN[protected] and
pf no MHBAN[protected]
