[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card wrong transactions | |||
Sir; I b chinni babu. My credit card no :[protected]. I try to withdrawal of amount rs : 10000-00 from sbi/atm. Rjy. But atm shows insufficient fund please try to another atm (Amount not come). And again i go to another atm of sbi and i withdrawal of rs: 10000-00 amount. As on date my credit amount in my account only rs 289-00 after that i received message from hdfc bank. I shocked i check the inbox your withdrawal 10000-00 on 16:32 hrs at sbi/atm. This is first message and again your withdrawal 10000-00 on 16:33 hrs at sbi/atm this is second message. But i actually withdrawal only rs : 10000-00 on one time received. But how i faced this wrong message sir please solved my oblique and taken necessary action please sir.
