HDFC Bank — credit freeze | |||||
I am not able to recharge my fastag when i trying to recharge "ammount limit exceed" pop on screen. I am talking with customer care and they suggest me for email (Scan copies of aadhar card, rc and pan card). I do same on (9-4-18) but till date situation is same and customer care number is busy when i try to call from last two days. This is very disgusting. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Same issue for me. Sent email to the customer care. I will wait and see if nothing happens from your side. I will file a complaint. I called the customer care for 100 times daily. without working i am taking this as my work daily and doing the same. What a service from HDFC.
