Hi this is jaspreet singh my mom holds hdfc credit card and im the secondary holder of the card as i was out town for a month the card got over due by 2 months we never received the statement or any message or mail regarding the over due payment.one of your agents suraj as he says talk as if i made criminal offence by not paying the payment.he insulted me over n over again Hdfc collection agents talk like mafias as if they are asking for ransom rather then giving information on dues and due dates suraj([protected]) has crossed all the limits while answering over the phone i guess i need to close all my accounts and credit cards used by me or my family as hdfc dont know how to value its customers jaspreet singh([protected]) Was this information helpful? | |||
