[Resolved] Hdfc Bank Customer Care Service — EMI process fee on my Credit Card of cancelled item from flipkart | |
Hi, My name Prakash Kumar and my Credit card ending in 1893, I have purchased a product(7469) from Flipkart with EMI, after due to some issue with the product I have to Cancel that Order. As I see in the CC statement payment refund successfully with the amount but the statement EMI processing fee is still showing 199.00 and it is not reversed yet as I saw one 199 rs refund amount is showing in the June statement but I believe that belonged to the May month refund EMI transaction as a price of 3498.00 Was this information helpful? | |
