[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Customer service | |||
I wanted to deposit cash into my account through my local branch i.e., Sirhind Road, Patiala, Punjab. Cashier refused to accept two notes of Rs. 500 each which were not 3 piece notes. I interacted with him and I even interacted with his operations head but both of them were not concerned about anything. Operations head was rude with me and without even listening to me properly she said that she can't do anything. Without having complete knowledge how can they deny to take the cash. I wanted to talk to branch manager but unlike them he too was not interested in a matter like this. All they bother about is completing their targets on time. They are least concerned about any other matter. Why is Hdfc hiring inexperienced people and who doesn't know how to interact with customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
