HDFC Bank — customer support is not responding. | |
I have shared my issue with customer support 5-6 times but they have not solved my problem yet and they have not sent any reply to me.Please provide a way to solve my problem. When I applied for the first time in HDFC Bank For Personal Loan, I gave all my documents to the bank that were Genuine. But when the verification for my loan went to my landlord, he told to the verification person that I should not get the loan done on my rent agreement. So that verification person went to the bank and gave a false report. The bankers have updated that my karyanama(Rent Agrrement) is fake. But I had got my landlord signed on that Rent Agreement. That kirayanama(Rent Agreement) was Genuine. I want 'the signature of that Rent Agreement to be verified' and I want to be out from this problem. I am facing this problem when I have no fault.
