[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Debit Card | |||
First i must say your bank customer services is appalling! You gave me a free debit card upgrade so i accepted and you posted it to my old office address where the delivery man ignored to give my card because i did not have WNS ID!(though i had passport) Later it took you guys 15 days to send the card kharadi branch, by the time you blocked my existing debit card. Today when i finally collected my card you failed to provide me otp, when i call your silly hotline number IVR cannot recognise my card because that is blocked and i don't have pin for new ATM. Please pass my strong feedback to vaishali from loan dept who was arrogant and rude over the call, for sure I'll close and move account from your bank. Was this information helpful? | |||
