[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — deducted without informing on amb chrg incl gst for mir[protected], mir[protected]

Dear sir/madam
The following are the transactions that happened with out my knowledge they deducted for two months on same day. If previously informed or deducted i would have been cautious. They deducted for january and february on same day (See image below), how could you do that without informing and improper deduction method? Kindly resolve the issue asap.

Dear Customer,

The charges levied in your account pertains to non-maintenance of AMB of Rs. 10000.00 in the months of January 2018 and February 2018. We wish to inform you that as per the terms and conditions applicable for salary account holders if salary is not credited into the account for 3 consecutive months, the account will be converted from a zero balance salary account to a regular savings account. The special facilities offered on the Salary Account is pursuant to the arrangement between the employer/company and the Bank. These benefits are extended by virtue of your employment in the organization, on whose request the account is opened with the bank and subject to regular salary credit. We had observed that there were no salary credits in your account and under these circumstances, the special benefits offered under the Corporate Salary Program were withdrawn. Hence, the requisite Average Monthly Balance of Rs. 10000.00 will need to be maintained in your account. In the absence of the same, the applicable AMB non-maintenance charges will be levied in your account. In the event of no salary credits in the Salary Account for any continuous three months, the Bank reserves the right to change the status of Salary Account to Savings Regular Account without any intimation to the account holder/me and the Terms & Conditions as applicable to the HDFC Bank Savings Regular Account shall apply to this account from the date of change of status.
