[Resolved] HDFC Bank — did not receive cashback on tanishq offer | |||
Where is my cashback? i have availed the offer on tanishq on 8th dec, amount spent was 83k, but as promised the bank has not initiated the cashback i dont expect such pathetic service from a leading national bank. The customer care services are pathetic as its banking system. i have called multiple numbers and none of them are accepting that they are customer care. i should close my account with HDFC as it is providing me no service and not keeping promises.
