HDFC Bank — didn't get refund

I had cancelled one of my order from amazon on 12 08 2019. And i got an message from amazon your refund success. But still i didn't get my refund. I have contacted amazon and they gave me refund reference no:007659, but when i try to contact with bank personnel through ivr number i can't connect to any person from bank. So kindly resolve the issue as far as possible.
