[Resolved] HDFC Bank — difficulty in transfer of home branch to another city | |
Sir, I have my salary account with hdfc bank since 3 years. I was working as a doctor at ahmedabad but now i have shifted to ranchi. I visited ashok nagar hdfc branch in ranchi to transfer my account. My name in account has my fathers name added to it which is done so in gujarat. At ranchi branch they say that there is a mismatch in your name as in your adhaar card and account. They say we can close your account but cant transfer it at any cost. So please help me out.
