[Resolved] HDFC Bank — direct payment | |||
I have received an sms, "dear customer mandate reference no: hdfcxxcxxxxxxxxxxx issued to hdfcltd with value rs. 40000.00 and frequency mnth is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch." i dont know what is it and no bank offcial explained it for me. I paid everthing as per due date. Whenever i call to bank offcials they just say "checking sir, let you know".. While applying the application, all bank offcials were putting thier efforts to complete monthly sales target.. Now nobody pays attention for customer's issues.. Was this information helpful? | |||
