[Resolved] HDFC Bank — dispute | |||
Dear sir, My name is NANIGOPAL DEY. Their is a dispute from my credit card of HDFC bank. The amount was of 10, 814. I told bank that the payment is unauthorized, firstly they registered the complaint then they asked me to wait for 90 days. After 90 days i called them and they said that the amount has came but i just have to fill the form which came in my e-mail from the mail cc.[protected]@hdfcbank.com. then again they asked me to wait.then i waited for 60 days again, then i called them 1 week ago the. Again they asked me to wait till 10 January. Now i called up them today and they told me that on 12th of deceember 2017 the payment has came but it is not credited in my credit card till now, the case is closed with in our favour and call got disconnected automatically, then i called them again and then the executive told me that the case is closed in favour of company. I even have the recordings of all the calls. I hope you will help me and take some action accordingly. I shall be oblidged at your kindness.
