[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — dispute on online debit card payment

I did a transaction on (09/12/17) the transaction was failed but amount got debited from my account. I have made a complaint and my docket number is hbl[protected] there is no response from them.
The transaction details are as follows,
Date of transaction: 09/12/17 (Saturday)
Amount: rs.899
Cheque ref no: 313754
I contacted the merchant they have confirmed that they have not received the payment, i have attached an image of the mail please resolve this issue at the earliest
